Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Brittney is proud to call this incredible region home. After spending several years away, she returned to the Coast to raise her young family, drawn back by the lifestyle, community and connection that make the area so special.

As Personal Assistant to Director Ben Thomson, Brittney brings over a decade of experience across project management, operations, administration and business support. With a professional background in public health and business operations, she has built a reputation for creating structure, improving efficiencies and delivering exceptional support behind the scenes.

Prior to joining Thomson Estate Group, Brittney managed the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health practice while also founding her own boutique support business, helping business owners streamline systems, create clarity and focus on growth.

Known for her proactive approach, strong organisational skills and genuine care for people, Brittney is often the person who anticipates what is needed before it's asked. Her ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and provide seamless support allows Ben and the wider team to focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Passionate about helping people and creating exceptional client experiences, Brittney plays an integral role in ensuring every interaction with Thomson Estate Group is professional, efficient and personal.
